As Air Gap Protect (AGP) is supposed to avoid egress costs, I would like to know in which cases or situations or configurations an egress cost may be generated when data is accessed or restore from AGP Hot and Cool.

Air Gap Protect has no egress charges at all - there are no situations or configurations that would cause an egress charge.
