configure Hyper-V VM backups using scvmm instead of installing agent on Hyper-V node

We won't be able to protect hyper-v VM’s using VSA backups without installing node on the hyper v

Any idea how to configure Hyper-V VM backups using tag or notes as there is no Folder structure available in Hyper-V compared to VMware. Currently we are backing up Virtual machines using Folder structure in VMware but in Hyper-V manager folder cannot be created.
