Hello,
we are using intellisnap backups to protect AWS EC2 instances however even though we set spool copy (no retention), the snapshot is not deleted after data aging runs (and completes without any issues). One snapshot is always left. Could anyone advise, please, if it is expected or something is not working properly?

It is documented here that a snapshot it is left for CBT comparison, so this is expected.

“When the retention rule for backup copies is set to spool copy, for Amazon CBT, one snapshot per volume per instance is retained for comparison.”
