I’ve configured in storage dts in read/write,m but when i tried to restore in transport mode SAN, we have problems and i received this error, i hope someane can help me please.

Have you managed to review the recommendations in https://kb.commvault.com/article/60448?
Also check the san policy configured with diskpart. When set to Offline All then your DataStores are set to read only.
Changing to Online All the san policy will avoid you having to run the attribute disk clear readonly command.
