Hello everyone

I’m working on CVLT backup infrastructure to protect Azure VM.

From Azure Hypervisor I’m not able to see all the VM just a subset. Speaking with customer Azure team seems that all the parameters are correctly configured (from azure side).

What i can check ?

Hello ​@Gianluca E You can check cvd.log on the access node after trying to browse the content or maybe try the preview option in the content. This will certainly give more information.

thanks for your answer, we fixed.

I could not see all the VMs because in Azure you have to condider each individual subscription.
each individual subscription ID must be considered for each azure hypervisor configured in Commcell
