I have completed the Commvault certified professional course with 82%, but I haven’t received the certificate yet. Can someone please help me get the course completion certificate?"

Usually, it takes 1-3 days to receive a badge via Credly.

It’s been around 10-12 days, but I still haven’t received the certificate.

Good morning, I'm having the same problem.
The certificate was issued on Saturday, July 12th, but to date, no Credly badge.
I wrote to support at enablement-help@commvault.com both Monday and today, but no response.
