Hi all, I am still able to login to the previous education portal ea.commvault.com and can see my certification, however, I am unable to login to the new portal https://commvault.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=defaultclp using the same credentials. Shouldn’t I be able to login using same credentials, or do I have to create a new login credential? if yes, how to move my certification and pending courses/exams from old portal to this new portal? Could anyone please help me?

Hi,I had a problem when I wanted to take the professional certification exam where previously I had taken the free exam first but I failed the free exam. And when I wanted to take the paid exam again, I couldn't continue because my free exam failed. Please provide information regarding my problem.
Hi,I have a case about backing up and Restoring the emojis we use in the Microsoft teams chats. The documantation states that it is possible but as far as i know, i can only restore video, sound, images, gifs, stickers and also emojis that is on the phone keyboard, which is accesible on mobile - not the ones that are on the microsoft teams interface-It is visible to see that commvault has received the message data that has the emoji but i cannot see it. It is only a blank message blob.
I checked these jobs again on the secondary copy (for tapes) where Extended Retention is, but for BigDataApps there is no job with Extended Retention. In addition, I checked each JobID separately and the "Retain Until" and "Retained by" columns have N/A, in Job Details the "Job Retention" tab is greyed out. For all these tasks to let them work i delete the aged job manually.

Hi,I have completed the self-paced professional courses, foundational 11.26.2 and advanced comcell console by taking and completing the exams included in the course. I received also the two badges from Credly. From the partner advantage site, they all appear to have passed and I have received the two badges for professional certified and advanced configuration, but I have no way to download the PDF of the professional certification. From the EA site, I do not see the course participation or the certification.thanks
