Getting this error, the job results is accessible, the user impersonation is configured correctly.Description: Failed to register job with Job Manager. Please check the job results directory as it is not accessible.worked fine until few days agoany hints? :)

Hello Commvault Community, Today I have a problem with the first full PostgreSQL Client backup.Our client has configured client PostgreSQL ver. 12.5 on the Centos 7 system. The client seems to be correctly configured - the connection to the base is there.The first backup full, unfortunately stops with the pending status and an error:Error Code: [19: 599]Description: Loss of control process PostGresBackup.exe. Possible causes:1. The control process has unexpectedly died. Check crash dump or core file.2. The communication to the control process machine xyz might have gone down due to network errors.3. If the machine xyz is a cluster, it may have failed over.4. The machine xyz may have rebooted. Source: commserve, Process: JobManager After analyzing the logs, I can see that during the time when the error occurred during the backup task, it loops: (screen1-2)-PostGresBackupParent.log815

Hi all,Although the documentation says otherwise I don't see the "Data Governance" wizard in Command Center under the "Activate" tab.Initially I was thinking about a licensing problem, then I installed a new "Evaluation" environment which should have all the functionalities active for 60 days and even in this case I don't see it.

Unfortunately, the Pod is created automatically by Commvault, along with the image's path.In the case of Client configuration, they do not have posted traffic to official docker repositories, therefore Pods hang in the ImagePullBackoff state. They've already tested manually changing the address of a broken Pod's image to the same image in their private docker registry, which was successful. The client sent an example of the configuration they use.“For example, for Poda rabbitmq-0 with pvc attached, it was created Pod/ data-xyz-cv-1816940. HiIn the classic console, is there a way to eitherModify the Job Controller Icon, so by default it used a ‘filtered’ job controller view (without having to select the drop down on the Job Controller icon OR - Is there a way to add further icons to the ‘icon bar’ - and one of those extra Icons is a filtered view of the Job Controller

after upgrading from v11.22.17 to Maintennce Release v11.22.22 all our SyFull Schedule Policies (with Option “run Incr Backup before SyFull) stay in waiting Status after finishing the Pre-Incremental-Job.Suspending or Killing the Jobs is not possible. Only Cycling the Commserver-Services is helping. After Cycling the CS Services, the SyFull Jobs change to running State and the Jobs will be finished successfully.Anybody else having this Problems after installing MR v11.22.22?Regards, Alex

Hello, my aws backup jpb is configured like thisI am using intellisnapand I have selected the instances from By Region      Backup runs fine and also backup copy. now I want to change the content of the subclient, I do not want to use the default By Region  selection but By tag Can I remove all content, then select By tag and click on ok ? or is there some procedure to follow ?I know

Hello,since we installed the SP23 Hotfix 7 on our commserve we have the following problem.After wie make a “Database Online Full Snap” on our Oracle-ASM DB (Linux-Server) the Snap-Job delete the SPfile. No chance to restart the DB.Why ? RegardsChris

It keeps saying “nfs directory cannot be found”. What’s the latest version that can work with it? Or an alternative thing to be done to solve the problem.

Hi!For different reasons I need to move On-prem Exchange mailboxes from one DB to other.I use intelliSnap backup so when I need to restore, first I must knew in which DB the mailbox is.My question is: if I need to restore, for example , an  email that was deleted before migration, in which DB I must look for it? The original when the item was deleted or the actual?Thanks

 We have a client that the software was uninstalled, the Commvault folder remains.I am performing a reinstall of Commvault software but before that. I changed my client name to 0001_old and clicked ok and pushed the network configuration The client name reverted back to the original client name  0001Question: is it normal for the client name to revert back to the original name when doing a push network configuration.
