Good afternoon,I completed the Cyber ​​Resiliency course on the Readiverse portal and took the exam on 04/20, but I still haven't received the certificate or badge from Credly.Can anyone help?

Hi everyone, I have an Commvault account – last month I was still able to access the video training Commvault Support Foundations 2024 - Video Training with my account on https://commvault.csod.com/. the previous platform has been decommissioned and a new portal has been launched instead. I am unable to log in to the new portal https://readiverse.commvault.com/ with my account. Can someone help me with this? I would like to get certified for Commvault. Hi,A colleague and I both had pending exam vouchers for the CommVault Foundations exam and have now lost access to https://commvault.csod.com/ I have tried to reset the password for this site, but no password reset is coming through and it looks like the content\exam voucher has not been moved over to the Readiverse portal. Could someone please look into this as these vouchers were valid until 2027 I believe.ThanksJem 

Hello All, Yesterday I passed my first exam from Commvault site, from this website:https://commvault.csod.com/With one account. I see that currently there is another website with certification, where I have another account, from this link: https://readiverse.commvault.com/And questions which appeared in my head :).How to migrate avaialble certificates between the Commvault learning platforms? Is it still avaialble only exams for Commvault next paths layer (Engineer and Expert), I see only full courses with exams without any seperated exams. Regards, Michal 

Started the Exam but cant finish it, when i try to open cant able to retake it , sent mail to enablement but failing

Hi all, I am still able to login to the previous education portal ea.commvault.com and can see my certification, however, I am unable to login to the new portal https://commvault.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=defaultclp using the same credentials.  Shouldn’t I be able to login using same credentials, or  do I have to create a new login credential? if yes, how to move my certification and pending courses/exams from old portal to this new portal? Could anyone please help me?

i have failed on the exam on the partner link, also it is not allowing for retake? how to retake the exam? retake enable option is there? 

Hello,I see all these nice certificates in my LinkedIn but I’ve yet to receive mine after successfully completing the Cyber Resilience Certification training. Is there more than the test at the end to get this? Can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. Must say it’s a really nice training and well thought out sitecheers,Mark

It’s been a while since I have posted here- but - Here we go! Whats going on with Readiverse? I took all the self paced learning items and it didnt show any completion ( yea a certificate) but no badges etc. Also, the test for SAAS m365 I took and scored 0%(?) - So I went back and looked at my answers and all but 1 was marked correct. Seems you get a 0% no matter what which keeps you from completing the course. anyone else experience this? Has anyone else used other platforms for elearning like Pluralsight?  Thanks

I was using commvault 2 years back, joined an organisation who were using a diffrent product.  Now I am at a new company using Commvault.  Just want to check How do I refresh and is there a way to refresh the certification  Is there a way to move my profile Commvault Certified Professional  with my certification  Are there any resources available to brush-up skills
